Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Macgyver collects, why, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Account details: your name and verified email address, provided through our sign-in provider, Clerk.
• Workspace data: the customers, items, invoices, vendors, projects, people and financial entries you or your teammates enter.
• Activity records: an audit trail of important changes, such as who sent an invoice or changed a role.

How we use it

We use this information only to run Macgyver for you: to sign you in, show your workspace to the people you authorise, and keep it secure. We do not sell your data.

Who can see it

Workspace data is visible only to members of that workspace, according to their role. Customers and creators you invite see only their own invoices, projects or shares. Our infrastructure and sign-in providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

Keeping it safe

Every workspace is isolated from every other. Access is checked on every request, connections are encrypted in transit, and invitation links are single-use and expire.

Your choices

You can ask to correct or delete your personal information, and workspace owners can remove members or delete a workspace at any time.
